Talent Representation Agreement
Between Elite Lohi Management Ltd ("Agency") and the Talent named below
Effective date: 1 August 2026
1. Appointment
The Talent appoints Elite Lohi Management Ltd as their non-exclusive representative for the purpose of securing bookings, engagements, and commercial opportunities in the United Kingdom and internationally.
2. Agency Obligations
The Agency will use reasonable endeavours to identify and negotiate opportunities on behalf of the Talent, provide career guidance, and act in the Talent's best interests at all times.
3. Commission
The Agency is entitled to a commission of 5% (five per cent) of the gross fee received by the Talent for any booking or engagement secured directly or indirectly through the Agency's efforts. No commission is payable unless and until the Talent receives payment for a booking.
4. Talent Obligations
The Talent agrees to: (a) provide accurate and up-to-date profile information; (b) notify the Agency promptly of any direct approaches from clients; (c) conduct themselves professionally at all bookings; and (d) not misrepresent their skills, experience, or availability.
5. Availability & Contract Opportunities
The Talent may, at their discretion, indicate within their dashboard that they are open to contract opportunities sourced by the Agency. By enabling this setting, the Talent confirms they are available for paid engagements and authorises the Agency to present their profile to prospective clients. The Talent retains the right to accept or decline any individual opportunity before any commitment is made. The 5% commission in Clause 3 applies to all bookings secured through the Agency, regardless of whether the Talent's availability flag is active at the time of introduction.
6. Intellectual Property
The Talent grants the Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their name, likeness, photographs, and portfolio materials solely for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Talent to prospective clients.
7. Data Protection
The Agency will process the Talent's personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and its Privacy Policy, available at www.elitelohimanagement.com/privacy.
8. Term & Termination
This Agreement commences on the date of signing and continues until terminated by either party giving 30 days' written notice. Termination does not affect commission entitlements arising from bookings confirmed before the termination date.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This is a legally binding digital agreement. Your name, email address, IP address, and the date and time of signing are recorded as your electronic signature under the Electronic Communications Act 2000.
