Browse our coach directory, select a coach whose expertise matches your goals, then click 'Book a Session' on their profile. You'll be guided through choosing a service, picking a date and time, and confirming your booking — all in a few minutes.

What coaching services are available?

We offer one-to-one Coaching Sessions (£120), group Workshops (£85), intensive Masterclasses (£195), and bespoke Training Programs with custom pricing. Each coach may offer a subset of these services based on their specialisation.

Can I choose a specific coach for my session?

Absolutely. Every coach has a personal booking link on their profile page. You can browse coach bios, specialisations, and availability before booking. If you have a referral link from a coach, it will pre-select them automatically.

Question 4

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule a booking from your dashboard under 'My Bookings'. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Your coach will be notified automatically and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Do I need an account to book a session?

Yes — creating a free account lets you manage your bookings, view your history, and communicate with your coach. Sign-up takes under two minutes and only requires your name and email address.

How do I hire talent for a project or campaign?

Visit the Hire Talent page and browse our roster by category — models, athletes, performers, influencers, and more. Submit an enquiry with your project brief and we'll match you with the right talent and handle the booking process.

What types of talent are available?

Our roster includes professional models, elite athletes, stage and screen performers, digital influencers, musicians, and dancers. Each talent profile includes their portfolio, experience, and availability for commercial, editorial, and live work.

Is there a minimum booking duration or budget?

Requirements vary by talent and project type. Our team will discuss your brief and provide a tailored quote. We work with brands of all sizes — from independent creatives to major agencies.

Can I see talent availability before submitting an enquiry?

General availability is shown on each talent's profile. For specific dates and project requirements, submit an enquiry and our team will confirm availability and provide a formal proposal within one business day.

Question 10

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Click 'Join as Talent' or 'Sign Up' in the header. You'll choose your role — talent or client — complete a short profile, and sign the relevant agreement. The whole process takes under five minutes.

Question 11

I'm a coach — how do I join the platform?

Visit the 'Become a Coach' page and complete the application form. Our team reviews all applications and will be in touch within three business days. Approved coaches receive a personal booking link and a dashboard to manage their schedule.

Question 12

How do I access my bookings and schedule?

Log in and go to your Dashboard. Clients can view upcoming and past bookings under 'My Bookings'. Coaches have a dedicated 'My Schedule' tab with a weekly calendar view and the ability to block time off.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking. For bespoke talent hire projects, invoicing options are available — contact us to discuss.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your booking.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review our full terms or contact us if you have a specific situation.
