Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Elite Lohi Management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Who can use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Talent accounts

Talent accounts are subject to approval by Elite Lohi Management. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any application at our discretion. Approved talent must keep their profile information accurate and up to date. A 5% commission applies to all bookings and contracts secured through the Platform, as set out in the Talent Representation Agreement signed at registration.

4. Coach accounts

Coaches are independent professionals. Elite Lohi Management provides the booking infrastructure but is not responsible for the content or outcome of coaching sessions. Coaches must hold any relevant qualifications or insurance required for their services.

5. Bookings and payments

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to the service terms displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely. Cancellation and refund policies are set per service and displayed before checkout. Elite Lohi Management is not liable for disputes between clients and coaches arising from the content of sessions.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to circumvent our commission structure by arranging bookings outside the Platform after an introduction through it
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission

7. Intellectual property

All Platform content, branding, and software is owned by or licensed to Elite Lohi Management. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it as part of your profile and in marketing materials, as set out in your signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Lohi Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may close your account by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination does not affect any obligations that arose before the termination date.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
